‘Christus Vivit’ – Christ is Alive is a message of God’s love for young people. It illustrates the Spirit of the Church in her commitment and serious consideration in looking after young people not as an optional task, but as an integral part of her vocation and mission in history. Just as our Risen Lord Jesus Christ walked alongside the disciples of Emmaus (Lk 24:13-35), the Church is also urged to accompany all young people, without exception, towards the joy of love. As the Mother of faith, she does not fail to understand that with the presence of the youth in the Church, they can help rejuvenate the face of the Church.
